They responded quickly with a reasonable estimate, completed the work on time and did a nice job.

This company was prompt and courteous and delivered their services with expertise! I would highly recommend them.

They contacted me a couple of days after I submitted the request but Tom was prompt with surveying the job and providing a quote. They completed the job a few days after and it seemed to work out fine.

When I called them they said they would clean and check all my gutters for $125. When they arrived they climbed on the roof over my garage. I went out and told them my main problem was in the back. The guy got down, went to the back and cleared the clog and left. I asked how the other covers looked, and the guy said they were all good. They were and are not. I looked at the ones over the garage and two are out of place. I'll have to go out on the roof myself to fix them. I just had open heart surgery. That's why I hired someone else. Now I'll still end up doing some of it myself anyway.

They did what they said they were going to, were on time and in budget. What more could you want? Oh yeah, the gutters work great too!

Job involved relocation of existing downspout to center of gutter and patching the origninal hole. Job was completed, however S&H had no materials with them & used a small section of downspout that I had temporarily removed from a different part of the house. He used this to cut out a patch for the original hole left from the relocation. Now have no downspout section to put back from where I removed it. In addition, he removed a retaining nail on a short section of gutter and did not replace it. In order to replace the nail, I had to go to Lowes to buy a new fastner, box of 10. I am also having to purchase a section downspout and paint.

They responded to my request for a bid quickly and provided the service within two days. Their bid was very reasonable and I had them install leave protection screens during the cleaning of the gutters. I had a problem with a leak on one of the gutters and they returned and made the repair. I plan to use them on other rental properties I owe.

Showed up within 2 hours of my posting request. Did a very good job.

Mr. Shirley and his crew were very friendly and efficient. They replaced gutters and placed guards on our barn and home in less than a day and a half. They did an exellent job. They were easy to contact and quick to respond. Their prices were very reasonable. One gutter installer came out to give us an estimate and never got back to us. Another continued to call and push their services after I told them we hired someone else (it bordered on harrassment). We would highly recommend Mr. Shirley's services.

Quick response, affordable, completed work ahead of time on the schduled work day. Very pleased with the work. Matched the gutters up very well, others recommended eplacing the entire gutters.

Good crew - Tom is nice neighborly fellow who knows his trade. I did not get any bids on this job so I don't know if his prices are in line or not. The price seemed high but reasonable to me. I don't mind paying a good price if I get good work in return. Crew works fast and neatly - they picked up carefully after they were done. When I sight down the gutter line, it looks to me like there is a low spot in the wrong place but Tom assured me that the system would drain properly and to call if I needed him. .
