Garage Door Installation and Replacement
He was a bit awkward to communicate with, though he did show up when expected. He replaced our garage door and the entire motor and pulley system. We purchased the motor ourselves and he purchased the door panels. It appears that the panels are not the correct size or are too heavy for the motor because we have been unable to get the door to close all the way on its own since the weather turned cold. We had issues with it shortly after he left from his final visit here, but when we called him to let him know the door was not closing, he never responded. We had to call another company to come and adjust the door. Now, since the weather turned cold, it does not close when it gets down to the last panel, we have to assist it by pushing it ourselves. We plan to call the other company to come and look at it again and are afraid we may have to replace parts that have already been replaced by the initial work. He gave us a decent deal, but it appears you get what you pay for.
