Other than a couple of short delays, we were very happy with our project. And the bathroom is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I pictured in my head.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Hunter, It was mainly due to the time he took to complete the project, he planned to finish the unfinished bedroom/Attic in 7 business days starting June 3rd. He called me on June 2nd & pushed to June 10th since the project that he was working on was not completed as he anticipated? He called me on June 9th with the info "that he just applied for the permit and it will take 14 business days for it get approved" Started project towards end of June. The job was done in bits and pieces but the quality of work was nice I must say, his crew/staff were very respectful and easy to get along. HVAC person also made mess and connected the room AC/Hot air with the down stairs unit? this was later fixed after making two holes in the wrong unit for HVAC. Numerous days were called off due to many different reasons (Sick, father's day, no permit, awaiting inspection, awaiting carpet which took a week since it was ordered the last day). I am assuming he had multiple projects at one time and doing many things at different places? We finally finished on July 31st. Hunter could have been more honest and upfront about the timeline, should have requested permit and ordered supplies like carpet in timely fashion? I had to cancel my out of state trip twice due to this on-going mess. There was something happening most every day from electrical/framing/paints/inspection/HVAC/Carpets/doors etc. I am so glad it is finally over.

"We are very sorry for not meeting your highest expectations. Unfortunately, the project prior to yours ran a few days long as our schedule typically stays booked for about two months, it can be pretty easy to be off on my job timelines over that amount of time by a few days, but we are always trying to find improved ways to be more accurate for our clients. We did however start your project on June 10th, only one week after your estimated start date, and well within the 30 day window our signed contract allows. HVAC: This issue was addressed the very next day, with not additional cost to the client. While our company strives for perfection to the best of our ability, we have to depend on other companies at times due to legal requirements, ie. requiring a licensed HVAC Tech.Finally, as we discussed together the total project took roughly a month and half start to finish. However, that was with a 3-week permit delay from the city of Oklahoma City due to the CornaVirus. That was with carpet taking TWO weeks to get here, again due to the pandemic. As you stated yourself, my guys were working there as much and as fast as possible to complete it in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. I will not rush the job to a point that we lose the quality of work we desire to give our clients, as that is out number one priority. We are very sorry you're not satisfied, and we hope to do better in the future."

Hunter communicated with us during every step of the process from brainstorming options to cleaning up the worksite when the job was complete. He was always patient and accepting of our many questions and suggestions, and always seemed to appreciate our input even though we knew we were impeding his progress. We consider him to be such a valuable resource, that we have already commissioned additional home-improvement projects with him.

Hunter was pleasant, personable and timely in most cases. I would recommend that he always let the customer know when he will be present to work and when he will not be present to work. His great work made up for the small problem of not being informed of every absence.
