When dealing with a light weight concrete tile roof one needs an experienced roofing contractor. The price for repairs is very confusing, because in one case you may have one person doing everything, because it's not simple like shingling so experience is sometimes hard to find. That one person may take two and a half days to do the job while an experienced team of three can do the same task in 5 hours. That was part of my problem selecting a contractor. I had had the other valley of my roof redone, but was unaware of an even more serious problem with the other. The contractor I used the first time left a very bad feeling regarding added scope once the job was started. SH Roofing was not the cheapest and there was some negotiation required once the task was started. However, John and his team did what I considered a superior job and the team was extremely friendly and took time to explain what they found and took care not to gouge me on extra tiles that they found broken. The roof is over 30 years old and will last at least another 40 years. It's not your run of the mill cheep roof and sometimes I forget that fact, and the added cost associated with its quality sometimes seems excessive. However, all things considered, I am well satisfied by the results of the repair.

I couldn't believe the work was completed in two days and everything was cleaned up so well. I also got free some advice on a couple of other projects I need to get done. I definitely plan to hire them again.

John is a softspoken and friendly worker. He gave a reasonable quote and completed the work in a timely fashion. I was happy to see that not only did he clean the gutters but he also patched them for me. This was in addition to small work needed on the roof.
