Service was great price was good, and did extra work.

down spouts still clogged, gutter guard put up already falling in, have called and been told twice he would meet us out here to look at the problems than doesn't call back or show up. Would never use this company again. Unfortunately leaves a bad impression for the products offered by Leaf Proof.com

The contractor was totally unreliable. He never showed up when promised. After cleaning the gutters he told me that additional repairs were needed on my roof and asked for an advance to purchase materials. The repair work he performed was very shoddy and will have to be redone. I would never hire this contractor again under any circumstances.

They did an excellent job and I have no complaints. I would recommend these guys to anyone with gutter work.

Guy knows gutters

He did not completely finish initial gutter cleaning which was paid in full $300. He did do an extra patch job in an area where we had some rot. When he was called a few weeks later for followup he explained what he did and also suggested further work on our facia boards upwards of $1000 which second opions from other roofing contractors did not agree with. We now are looking to retain the services of another gutter cleaner to finish the corner which is still clogged. I was unable to resolve this issue with him and can honestly say we've used service magic for multiple jobs in our house and never had any problems until now.

these guys were on the job right away, made good progress and i felt comfortable with what they were telling me. they did what i asked, they did a few other things that needed to be done to make the job right, and they offered to do some other things that we put off til later. their prices were GREAT, and so far the work seems good too. the job took a little longer than i thought it would, but they were probably juggling a few jobs. would have been happier if they had communicated more about when they would be back to finish, but other than that, we have zero complaints. i would recommend them. gutters rehung, soffit/fascia replaced, painted

They didn't cut out holes for downspouts and it ended up causing me significant problems....they also didn't screw in all the gutter hangers which caused me more problems...roof leaks,etc. I hired 2 other people to correct their poor installation. I tried to call S & H but could not get a return call. Very poor job...gutters did not function and I couldn't tell why from the ground.,

Scott came out and clean our gutters as asked and also offered some products that could help in the future, but was understanding when we indicated it was not in our budget. he was on time and got the job done quickly. The only thing I would of liked is that he would of cleaned up the debris off the deck and sidewalk that he cleaned from the gutters.

What work was done was haphazard but the job was abandoned 2 months ago. S&H took $7825. They painted 2 of 6 shutters, replaced some damaged wood but didn't paint it, replaced some damaged siding incorrectly and didn't paint it. Removed sections of damaged siding and left the area bare to the elements. They haven't returned phone calls and haven't returned my money. They know I'm ill and disabled, and I feel they've taken advantage of me.
