S.I. Clean Cuts

I hired Colton to landscape the front yard, most of the work is done except the landscape lights are not done yet because they were on back order, I told Jake to drops the lights off and we would install them since we have been waiting for a month to get them installed, Jake agreed to that but we have not seen them

I honestly cannot rate their work because they never showed up. I had an appt at 9AM. 10:30 comes and no one. I call. They say they are running behind they will call me in a couple hours to update me. 1:30 comes. No call. I call and am told the same thing. He did tell me that he should be finishing up and he will call me to say if he will be out tonight or in the morning. 5:00 comes. No call. I call. No answer because it is after business hours. Next morning 7-8 AM; Are you guys going to come out this morning? & I am answered, We are behind he will call you at 1:30PM. That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for that call. Not a word from them. Needless to say, I found someone else.

They came very promptly and got the job done within 72 hours which for us was very important. Their prices were very high and I normally wouldn t pay this much. They may have much better prices if it s not a rush job. They were pleasant and fast!

Obvious he did not know what he was doing, very slow, would not recommend him to anyone

We had problems from the beginning. They started a lot later than agreed upon and did not completely do what was agreed upon. They never came back to finish the shrubbery, so we ended up hiring another service. The blocks they placed were not correctly fitted and some have already fallen through and have holes. Instead of nice, even brick laying, it appears as an ocean wave, up and down. I decided to give them a chance because they were a new business, just starting out. Live and learn.

Small business just starting off but making an active effort to be responsive. Respond very quickly and rates very reasonable.

He was a friendly guy and a hard worker.
