We had a really good experience working with Ramon and his crew. The wife loved the finished work and I loved how easy it was to work with them. As someone in the construction business I can tell good contractors from bad ones and I gotta say they really knocked it out of the park. I'm going to be hiring them again in the fall to remodel all the kitchens in our investment properties. I'm really looking forward to working with them again! Ramon sorry it took me so long to finally get back on here and leave a review! 5 stars!!!!

Advise anyone looking to work with this company not to. Especially if you are a woman. The owner Ramon Patrick is very unethical and unprofessional. He will try to take advantage of you. He talks a good game to get your business, but he does not know what he is doing and will try to squeeze you for every nickel and dime if he thinks he can, and if he thinks you are unaware of the process. I should have gone with a previous contractor after Ramon stated to my brother and l. He quoted me low just to get the bid and then tried to nickel and dime me after we agreed upon it. I paid him a $4214 deposit, and 3 days later after he saw my brother was gone, he asked me for more money and threatened that my project will not be done on time if l did not give it to him. All he bought was $800 worth of material (told to me by his worker) and he only had my basement framed out. He was taking my money to fund other projects as l overheard on multiple occasions and caught some of his nasty remarks and conversation on my ring doorbell. I found him on thumbtack, and there was another person that had a similar experience than l did. He has removed his profile from there. He was telling me one thing and telling his workers another thing. For example, he did not know how many electrical outlets were supposed to be installed per code until the electrician told him. He said he was going to cover those additional outlets as l was a valued customer. No, you have to cover those because you did not know. But, l would have gladly paid if l knew he was going to cut corners because he felt like l should be grateful. I did not feel like a valued customer. Especially after receiving the majority of the money for my project he tried to run out, and not finish the work. There were things that he said were included in the materials and labor and then he tried not to do. For example, he picked up and did not install 2 doors. He said they were not in the contract. Why would you pick up doors if the installation was not part of the contract cost? However, he did not have insulation in the contract, but he insulated. He and his workers became a little hostile saying, they were tired of coming to my home as it is an hour away from theirs, and l was taking them away from their family. The project is in Aurora, and they came from Chicago. I wanted contractors from my area for this reason. However, these were not the same guys, Ramon initially brought to my home that was supposed to do the project. The person he initially said he was using and came to my home lived in my area. However, he went with a different group of guys from Chicago. If the project was too far why would they take it? I also deducted for the things he did not complete and tried to skip out on. When Ramon came home and noticed l had a nicer vehicle in my garage versus the one l normally drive in my driveway, he stated l knew you had a nicer whip/ride than that one. I believed once he saw that vehicle he saw money. Ramon is money hungry, does not have business ethics or understanding of project management/business operations. Although, l am satisfied with what was done. If l had to use his workers again, l would not as l heard rude comments being made about me in my own home and caught some of their conversations on my Ringdoor bell as well. All because l wanted what l paid for, and they wanted to skip out on finishing work on a project they accepted. They complained it was too far from their home. Please proceed with caution, ladies have a man there with you at all times. When my brother was there he was a different person. When he left that when everything changed. I do not recommend this company! This was a very bad experience.

The company is diverse and they will ask you for your input and the cleaning after wards is emmaculent everything is spotless. They follow up 2 months later to check up on their work and to be sure that their is no issues.
