We recently experienced an A/C cooling issue and contacted Black & Silver for service. David arrived promptly the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and had it resolved quickly and efficiently. He was extremely professional, took the time to clearly explain the issue, and ultimately saved us a significant amount of money. We’re very impressed with the quality of service and will definitely rely on Black & Silver for future needs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest HVAC service!

I spoke to David a while back to get a quote, great guy, he gave me some options on what could work for me. Finally I had an a/c unit installed, and I was amazed with how clean they work. The professionalism showes in their work, They where done in one day and didn't leave a mess, and showed me a few tricks of the trade to make my air flow better through the house. First thank you so much to the crew at Black and Silver Services LLC for all that you did provide us exactly what we wanted. They have a great crew and they did a a fantastic job. We recently decided to upgrade our home to central air conditioning with a (heating) combo unit. We called several companies to include larger nationally owned HVAC businesses, but we were always offered other options such as mini splits, roof mounted units or they wanted us to perform construction to make it easier for them to make the equipment they sold/stocked fit our home. I tried repeatedly to get others to help in my quest for a combo unit and was actually starting to think we might have to perform the requested construction. My last home had a combo unit so I knew I should be able to fit one in this home. A relative recommended Black and Silver so I called them. David the owner of Black and Silver came right out and accessed our home and after the initial measurements he determined he could do it. We now have a Heil combo unit, and he made it fit in the attic. As it was installed I understood why some other companies may not have wanted to bother with the work that was required. These gentlemen made it fit where the large company told me it wouldn't fit. The large company tried to tell me that I wouldn't have room and it would not be to code etc. but the AC unit outside now is smaller than the swamp cooler that it it replaced, and the combo unit even had a diagram on it showing the minimal clearance required for installation so there was never a need for construction, I just needed somebody as motivated as I was to help me. About two days after the work was done I called with a question about our new smart thermostat and a technician stopped by that night on his way home to assist me. I have exactly what I wanted and they were the ONLY company to actually follow through. I'm glad I supported this local company. Thank you again to David (and his crew) for going the extra mile

I had a minisplit put in my bedroom. Called around, Black and Silver gave me a very competitive estimate. I thought maybe too good to be true (60% of others). But, when they came to install, they showed up on time, were very nice, did a great job, cleaned up their work site, and the minisplit works great. Its a local family owned business, certainly worth giving them a chance to bid on the contract, you wonâ  t be disappointed.

The unit works for a while but then freezes up, the contractor is a punk, he gets offended if you use bad language after he has come to your house six times. I am hiring another HVAC contractor to fix his mess. DO NOT HIRE THEM - just a waste of time money and foul language.

Manny Heredia was very knowledgeable He gave me more information than any other company. I met the owner David Nieto. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

I had another company come out, didn t check my system and tried selling me a new complete system for $10,000, Black and silver came out the same day checked out the system and said it was the condenser and it was a fix for. $260.00, not $10,000. He is very honest and professional and I would absolutely recommend him

We truly appreciated this company s immediate response. The owner was most professional, congenial and clearly understood what our mechanical need for a replacement was for our non-working unit. He was able to obtain a new unit quickly and the cost for the unit and labor was well below what we had anticipated. We are so glad we found Black & Silver and would definitely recommend them! They saved us from this scorching heat and we didn t have to break the bank!

David and his crew were great to work with. They have excellent work ethics and customer service. They care about their clients. 2 Air conditioners were installed promptly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Black and Silver removed our old swamp cooler and installed a complete new refrigerated air conditioning and heating system. David Nieto went over every detail of the project so we understood completely what would be done. The schedule was followed and work was of the highest quality. All workers were polite and thorough and we could not be more satisfied.
