Donavan Burdette gave me a 2 hour window to expect him; he arrived in that time frame and immediately went to work to identify that the noise problem was because the cover over the fan was not secure, so it made a loud noise then Dan was running. As he checked the refrigerator while there, he discovered that previous tenant had broken the wide glass shelf and tried to cover it up by taking the smaller glass shelf that was over the bins and moving it to where the broken one had been. Because it was smaller, it did not stay in place. Donavan showed me how easy it is to get the model information and find the correct shelf on Sears Parts website. I came home and placed my order today; sadly, like so many other things, it is on back-order. Donavan was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about refrigerator. In speaking, I learned that he has served 2 stints in Afghanistan with our Army. I thanked him for his service. I like supporting our veterans! I have already given another Realtor friend of mine the company contact information and Donovanâ s name. I am pleased with the service and the price.
