Our experience with SI Restoration was 5 Star! We discovered a bathroom leak that caused a portion of our ceiling fall in on a Sunday morning. SI Restoration was highly recommended and from first contact Colleen to Curtis who came, assessed our needs, cleaned, disinfected & brought in the necessary equipment for drying. Franklin returned to check the area, once again assessed and tested to make sure all was safe for the repairs. Professional and making sure we knew what the progression of services were certainly eased our minds. Our final experience was with Lonetta who helped us settle our account swiftly. Jaime (phone service) and Curtis (on site assistance) were extremely helpful throughout this entire process. Outside of his responsibilities, Curtis quickly and accurately identified a gas leak (which 2 other companies ignored). Thank you both!

SI restorations fixed the cutouts in our ceiling from an upstairs leak. Christy and Charles were very informative and kept in touch throughout the process. The drywall/ paint team were professional and their work was impeccable. Highly recommend SI.

Kevin McCleary and Deonte came out on short notice to mitigate a water damage issue from a burst pipe. They were prompt, professional, and communicated about the issue in a thorough way. It took 7 days for the water moisture levels to be acceptable, but they came daily to check equipment and moisture levels and to share readings and discuss next steps. In addition, they called to confirm each appointment and showed up when stated. I truly appreciated their expertise and will recommend SI Restoration to other neighborhood homeowners as a result and will use them in the future if needed.

I cannot recommend SI Restoration enough! After discovering a major pipe burst near my washer and dryer, they arrived within a week. Ms. Christy Brawn, along with Mr. Charles Nelson and his crew, was professional and calm, walking me through every step of the remediation process. They even worked directly with my Condominium Association, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The final restoration looks better than the original room, showing their commitment to quality.
