SJA Construction

Great job! Prompt response. Fair quote. Clean work. Easy communication. Kept me up to date about supplies delivery and date for work. Super quick completion of project. And good clean up. I’ll keep his info for any future jobs and would highly recommend.

Very professional . Would hire him again.

Steve runs a great team. He was super responsive. The day I posted my request online with Handy.com , Steve called me back and actually came to the house that same night to review what needed to be done. He beat all other estimates and performed the work (replace entire pool deck surface) just four days later. Can t beat that!

Steve was quick and helpful. Even did a last minute quick fix that is asked about while he was doing the original job.

Used Steve to repair some water damage to a soffit. Did a great job, and the price was right. Good communication in quoting and scheduling the work.

Steve is terrific. We hired him to replace all the boards on an oversized, multi-level deck. Steve and his crew were punctual and hard working, We would definitely hire him again.

Very accommodating, efficient and reasonably priced. When ready I will use them to update my kitchen.

Steve is an honest, hard working person. He worked very neat, clean and was very thoughtful as he worked in my home. I recommended him to my son for work in his home, too.

Very simple. Great

Steve was very friendly. And the price was excellent. I would definitely hire him again.

Steve repaired the fascia where a squirrel had chewed through on a corner of the porch. This is an older home so there was an issue of matching the new fascia with the old one from the late 1800s. In addition, the fascia on an area in the front of the house had come loose, probably from when the roof was recently replaced. Steve addressed both issues and one would have to know the areas replaced to notice the minute difference. He also fixed several areas where woodpeckers had made holes along the roof line as well as an issue with the porch railing which would have caused future problems if left unattended. All in all a very satisfactory experience. So glad we found him. Would certainly recommend him.

He was very good. He a very nice person and does great work.

Steve was very pleasant on job.Did what I needed done

Steve made every effort to come and followed through with a call or a text even if he could not make it at the time he could not. I really appreciated that. He worked until he completed the job and was very clean and tidy. Very nice guy who I would definitely consider for another job.

Steve always communicates throughout every step of the project. Presents good alternatives that are more cost effective. I have already recommended him to others. Great job at a great price.

He did a very good job and i will hire him again

I hired Steve for putting up Xmas lights and a large wreath with lights, on front of the house only. The results were very streamlined and clean looking, as he tucked extension cords so they would be out-of-site. He definitely met my very picky expectations, and he had the patience to deal with them, too! Lol!! The cost was a bit on the high side of what I expected, but knowing it is so close to Christmas, the price was probably appropriate. Hire Steve! He is reliable AND prompt!!

We were more than impressed with Steve! His work was exceptional. We hired him to install Pergo flooring. He was personable and very fair with pricing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Steve and his brother were both great to work with. After I contacted him he provided a quote and and a time estimate to do the repairs in my house. The repairs were finished on time at the agreed cost . Will definitely contact him next year for some more projects around the house.

Stephen was very efficient, came right away , great personality, cleaned up everything and would highly recommend him!

Steve was great, he did a great job and was open to any suggestions that I had

Steve was punctual, very good to work with and communicates well. Pricing was very fair and everything was cleaned up nicely. He was very helpful with ideas for upcoming projects as well. I will be calling him again in the spring.

Steve was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would. He did a good job and left my property nice and clean.
