I called several contractors to fix some issues at my restaurant and for some of my friends and clients. today my regular plumber was on vacation when we had a small ceiling leak, so I had to call S.J. Conner & Sons for the first time. We have a surveillance camera to monitor activities on the premises. An elderly person spent two and a half hours at our restaurant, while a young man spent only 45 minutes. However, we received two invoices in total from S.J. Conner & Sons, charging us $920 for the small leak that they fixed. I never received a bill for the $100 equipment charge that we have to pay. In addition, they charged us for three and a half hours of labor for two workers. To my surprise, they also added another invoice and claimed that we had canceled the appointment last March, so they charged us an additional $120. This was my first time contacting them and they gave me the bill for last year I contacted the company to clarify the charges and spoke with their receptionist, Lukesha. Unfortunately, she was quite rude to me. She informed me that the company charges customers a certain fee, regardless of whether they like it or not. I was very upset when I heard this and felt as though I was being overcharged. I even asked if they had a record of my previous calls, but they were unable to provide any evidence. Despite this, they insisted that I pay the fee anyway. Avoid calling this company as their customer service is likely to cause significant stress and discomfort.
