With a 46 year-old condo, I was concerned about various electrical problems. Steve listened, inspected, and then made clear what I really needed, and what I did NOT need (complete rewiring to replace aluminum with copper). He had his friendly, efficient crew replace all plugs and switches, 3 bathroom light fixtures, and the range hood, as well as the circuit breaker box. They showed up on time, finished in the time allotted, and made sure the work was approved by us. Steve came every day to check and bring supplies. Excellent service, reasonable price.

Reliable, friendly axperienced and very neat

The owner of the company, Steve Chon, is very professional. He came to the house, did an estimate, and suggested that if we did all our work at one time, he could give us a substantial discount. We had a house full of 45 year old fluorescent fixtures, many of which did not work after our recent blackout. Over a three day period, his very efficient and knowledgeable crew replaced 34 fluorescent fixtures with LED ones that look better, last longer, and use far less electricity. We added a few extras, which he carefully calculated as a separate job at the same discounted rate. They finished it all within the original three day period. He even sent a person to clean up everything after the electical work was done. I would certainly recommend SJ Electric and will use them again. Meanwhile, we have a two year warranty on all the work they did.
