Never followed up to give me a estimate and price was too high

Sam installed a 16 by 20 foot deck. The work was completed in a very short time. Sam s work is of the highest quality. You can tell this person takes pride in his work because of the attention paid to every little detail of completing the project. His expertise in every aspect of construction became evident in this project. He had to move an electrical outlet, two outside vents and the cable box. He showed up unexpectedly the day after being paid to take care of a small detail that only he knew about. That is a call beyond duty. I am extremely happy with my new deck and the quality of construction. If you need a job done big or small, you need to hire Sam. SJ Greco 585 329 7669. He is very easy to work with. Started the job on time and worked quickly and professionally. Was open to our suggestions during teh job and was helpful getting me extra pieces of wood that I could practice staining on to match the already existing wood.

I recommend that if you work a Monday - Friday schedule, from 9-5 do not hire this person for any service. His prices were reasonablly low however, he refuses to complete any work in the evening and weekends outside of a 9-5. He expects that customers who are hiring him will take time off of our own work schedule so that he can work banker hours. I find it puzzeling that an indepedent contractor is willing to restrict his own work schedule and not accept a job so that he can have banker hours. Mind you, I signed a contract that we both signed and he had told me that the products had arrived and just needed to be installed. He broke this contract and has not fullfilled his obligation. Beware of hiring this contractor!!

He returned our call promptly, set up a time to come and do an estimate, came on time & did the work shortly after. It looks great and we are very pleased with the results.

Called a number of companies for some repair work and this one called back immediately, came right out to evaluate the job, offered a competitive quote. The work was completed in the (tight) promised time frame and exceptionally well done. Very reliable, professional company to work with. I will absolutely call them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
