Went fine, low hassle, no price surprises, would hire again

After he came and did the estimate, I called for the services to be done, which was on a tuesday. The same week, on Friday, he made it to my house to start on the project. He was very polite and professional. He did an outstanding job and did it very promptly. He made sure I was satisfied with the end result and if I noticed any problems to call him and he would be here right away to fix it. As of right now everything he did is still up to par and that was of 5 months ago. The reason I am writing the review so late is because I wanted to make sure the product held up and it was up correctly. I made the right choice with Scott.

We both understood that the day of install was a day of unfortunate events: his helper was late , the weather was drizzling on an off that day, his truck brok down and he was there long after the install to repair his truck (past sundown?). Installation of downspout in wrong place was not discussed further by my husband to correct it because he knew Scott was having one of those days and he was facing some serious issues with his cancer returning with a vengeance. Scott had given a 10% discount as a Veteran. He passed Aug 6, 2021.

Overall, great service. Quick install. Only complaint was the cleanup afterwards. Several cover pieces were left behind in the yard. These are very sharp and hazardous.
