Sal called me within an hour after contacting Home Advisor to inquire about my project and confirmed my appointment day and time. I received a phone call on the scheduled day that he was running a bit late due to unexpected problems at his first appointment. When Sal arrived he apologized for being late. Sal is very polite and a professional! After assessing my situation, we agreed that I needed 2 new frost free exterior faucets for my home. He explained to me what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, noted the materials he needed to purchase and scheduled a return visit the next day for installation. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule for the following day due to unforeseen problems at his first stop. Sal apologized and worked with me to reschedule for the following day. He arrived at the scheduled time and was again very apologetic. He went right to work and replaced the old faucets within 2 hours and reviewed the completed job with me, insuring my acceptance . He also reviewed what I needed to do for winter maintenance. I am very happy with Sal, his professionalism, and work ethics! I will be contacting him for my future projects and do strongly recommend him to those in need of a plumber!

called me within hour of post, came over hour after that. gave free estimate of leaky faucet fix vs replacement of faucet. and toilet leak. fixed both in less that 1.5 hrs. very reasonable rate. estimate = charge. also looked at leak in my furnance for free estimate on future work
