I called to have a Plumber come to my Home Home Advisor sent us John Shim. He called us and said to Unclog a Kiten Sink was $99.00 I asked if he could lower the Price he did to 70.00 Now I had another Plumber come to us for a Leak. He told us that the Workmanship was Terrible. He didn't use the Right Parts to Fix

John did great work with the installation of the faucet... however he was supposed to install the over the counter sink... the drain was difficult to find... he took my drain and he never returned or responded back... now I don't even have a sample of what the drain looks like to hire someone else... he is a great guy but I wish he responded to me and gave my drain back

If you want an fair price for honest work, then John Shim is the plumber you want to call. I had a leak in my main water line and called 5 different plumbing companies for estimates and they all told me to replace the main line with new pipes which ranged from $3800-$8700. John was the only plumber who recommended that I just repair the copper pipes since it was the first time this happened and the repair would probably last several more years. So after careful consideration, I felt John's recommendation was the most honest one and he wasn't trying to sell me a big expensive project that I didn't need and wasn't trying to take advantage of the situation because I was a woman. I'm very pleased with the repair work and thankful that he saved me thousands of dollars in repair cost. I know I will eventually have to re-pipe the main line, but at least not for a few more years down the road. Thank you John for your honest work and fair pricing. I will definitely be calling you for future plumbing problems.

John is a very nice person to work with. We had him here twice, once to put in "grab bars", and again to do caulking in 3 bathrooms. He did a good job!

John was great. Hot water(or lack thereof) problem was fixed in no time. From inquiry to service, he was very responsive. And he finished the job quickly and efficiently. Nice to have him now as a plumbing pro!
