I had the slab waterproofed and a drainage system installed. The workers arrived on time and worked hard. They finished in one day and cleaned up. The job was completed as outlined in the proposal.

I contacted several waterproofing contractors to quote on my project. SJ Waterproofing was the only one that didn't try to scare me. They were professional from the start. They assessed my project and explained how they would correct the problem. They answered all my questions and never once tried to badger me in to signing a contract. then and there. I had the time to make my decision and was very glad I chose them . Aside from s reasonable price, everything Phil explained would happen, is exactly what happened. Anthony and Lou were professional and their workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them for any project.

He arrived 15 minutes prior to scheduled time for set up, and was jack hammering right on schedule at 7:00 am. They completed the job in a professional and efficient manner, and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company for any water problems in your home. In addition, the price was very reasonable for the quality of work performed!!!

I really hesitate to write this review. I wanted to be able to give a positive review. In fact I have never written a bad review on Home Advisor. I contacted the company 5 times to give them a chance to correct the problems. But unfortunately this has not happened. We had repointing job done in early April. The repointing was acceptable.However the spray used after stained the concrete on our porch and on our siding. It is terribly unsightly. The 5 polite phone contacts I have made have been unproductive. As much as I hate writing a negative review, I cannot in good faith subject other Home Advisor clients to such unsightly results.

Great job for a reasonable price. No regrets. Would definitely hire them for my next project.

Did the work as soon as the leakage allowed for a proper repair and guaranteed their work. Very responsive, nice guy, good quality of work and fair pricing. That was everything we needed.
