S & J’s Spray Foam Insulation

He started and said he was finished. I have had knee surgery so could not go and look at all the area to be insulated. He has came back two or three times to finish,but there are still places with no insulation and a lot of places that are an inch or less. ( two inches thick was our agreement. He was supposed to come on July 18th to look at what he had missed. On July 18th I get a text that he can not come because he forgot he had other arrangements he had made. He asked me to take pictures so he wouldn t have to come look and he would know what material to bring. I have sent him the pictures he asked for and have gotten no response. I have tried calling and texting but get no response. I called him from a different phone number and he acted like he couldn t hear me He came and did a job for my nieghbor and still has not finished my job. I am 72 years old and on a fixed income. The $4000.00 I paid him when he first came and said he did the job This has us saving to do other projects. My knees won t allow me to check all areas that was suppose to be insulated. I call my daughter from Lake Charles to come inspect where I can t. At this point I am trying to get Stewart Peters to come finish the job we had agreed upon. He has refused to answer my text or calls since I sent him the pictures he asked me to take. I wake up at night thinking about this matter ??
