"Jim could not get anybody to do his work because he did not want to pay for high-end service. He had contractors stop by but none of them returned his call when he told them how much he wanted to pay them. I had a very good referral from someone whom he knew where I did a bathroom remodel and built a ramp for more money. His wife signed the contract and paid me She thought it was a very good price for the amount of work that I did. I even did additional work at no cost. Jim just doesn't like to pay for good service. Over $1500.00 for $1000.00."

"I have never met Nick, as he went to Japan on a trip before I could do his job. He signed an email copy of the contract. The job was inspected by his roommate who thought everything was completed according to the written contract and paid me after the job was completed with Nicks check. He doesn't even say in his complaint what the problem is and now he doesn't respond to my calls. It was a small job for not quite a day's work. I didn't make very much money off the job. I should have waited until he got back from Japan before I completed the job to see what the problem was. Mr. Nick G. told me that he had to cut his trip short from Japan due to a typhoon, which is why he wasn't happy about the job. He said the job was fine and that he was just frustrated and apologized."

"This review was not written by Elena, but by the son. He and his family have been living there for free and wanted a microwave installed. Elena did not want it installed as she did not use it but she did anyway. The old microwave went out a year and a half ago so she bought a new GE from Amazon a year and a half ago. When I installed the new microwave, it worked for a few seconds and then stopped working so she asked me to take it down. She called GE and they said it had to be installed before they would come out to repair it. So I reinstalled it. She asked if she could help and so I asked her to stabilize it for a few seconds while I installed the screws and that was about it. Afterwards is when I told her my shoulder was a bit sore. I had installed her storm door earlier that morning, which was the main reason I worked for her. The microwave was additional work. I removed and installed the microwave twice. She emailed me and said the door looked great and thanked me for installing the microwave twice. She said that GE was coming out to repair it on 9/3/2018 and said nothing about being unhappy about stabilizing the microwave. The son is the one who wrote this review because she installed it for him and he did not want to do the work. She had other work that I looked at while I was there for me to do. A few days later she said her son was going to do it, which means it will never get done. I feel like going over there and doing it for free to help her out but I will not. I hope she gets the additional work done."
