I am so happy we booked these guys to replace old carpet & sheet vinyl with solid walnut and LVT for kitchen & bathroom. Their many years of experience were evident time and time again. The bid was clear, thorough, and accurate with time spent to discuss areas of concern. Demo and installation were very efficient, making good use of time between the availability of materials. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They had a solution for all manner of minor problems that arose, including uneven floors, unusual finish on the walls, and uneven floor moulding. All solutions were addressed with solid workmanship, not just a quick patch. They installed a custom border around my fireplace, and took care to pick a great board for the inner frame. They kept the house impressively clean through the entire process, including demolition and sanding. Great price, great guys, great work. I hope to have them back soon to do my stairs.

We couldn’t be happier with our new walnut hardwood floors. From our very first conversation, Travis was generous with his time and willing to answer every question we had. Communication via phone and email was prompt and thoughtful. The team worked on a saturday. The approximately 500 sq ft. red oak floor is bright and appropriately shiny and looks better than I've seen it in 20 years. The inlay vents were nicely finished too and the Skinner guys replaced a missing piece of quarter round trim without even asking. Five stars. Would rehire.

We needed to refinish our 24 year-old hardwood flooring. It needed to be sanded down and refinished. Working with them was very easy. They let us know what our options were, and they helped us to know just what to expect. They communicated with us promptly. We are very happy with the results.

We had Skinner flooring sand Down,and refinished or existing hardwood floors. They were very business like. And payed attention to details. Did the job in a timely manor! My wife and I love them. And we would recomend them to anyone!

Travis and Jessie are so wonderful to work with. They were able to refinish our original 1920s fir floors beautifully. Their craftsmanship, timeliness, and communication is exceptional and I hope to work with them in the future for the rest of our floors.

If I could give more stars than 5 stars I would!  I am a new homeowner and totally clueless about the process. Travis and Jesse were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful . They answered all my questions in detail, and were very communicative throughout the process. They did an absolutely amazing job! They were on time, courteous, and pricing was very reasonable. Their work exceeded my expectations! I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!

Travis and Jesse are both fantastic at what they do, and a joy to work with. Customer service is some of the best Iâ ve experienced with contractors. We hired them to replace some old bamboo flooring with solid oak sand and stain on site. Turned in to a bit of a challenging project due to something none of us could have seen related to the construction of our second floor by prior owners 20 years ago. We were really glad they were on the job because they knew exactly how to handle things and the outcome was great, and done on the same schedule as originally planned. Their work was top quality and they were even more focused on quality and perfection than we could see. Iâ d work with them again in a heartbeat if we had any floors left to do!

These guys are a family run business. They were very good at what they do. They are down to earth and it was very enjoyable to have them in our home. Ended up missing their company when the job was completed. I would Highly Recommend!
