If this is the same man that Prescott Lakes HOA contracts- the HOA sent him out to give an estimate for a bolt replacement on a wrought iron fence. He was to submit the estimate to the HOA which in tuen would let me know how much $ so I would pay 50%. He was insistent on doing it since he was there and ready to. I told him it was not nescessary to adjust any other bolts. He replaced the one bolt and said that he would bill the HOA $60. The HOA sent an invoice to me with his bill for $80 and astating that he adjusted all the other bolts to make sure the fence was ok. This is fraud. Hire at your own risk.
