They returned the call and came out for an appraisal in a timely fashion. Arranged to do the job and finished just as they said they would. Took a little longer then expected to get the paperwork for Questar Gas and Utah Power rebates, but had them out to me within two weeks.

Everyone I dealt with at Skyline insulation was courteous and very knowledgeable. They were able and willing to answer every question I had and worked hard to meet my expectations. The two guys who came and did the installataion were extremely hard working, careful and took the time to clean up after themselves. They made sure I was happy with their work before they left. I would definitely work with Skyline again.

They contacted me the day after talking with Service Magic. A sales Rep came to my home at my convenience to measure and quote the insulation. He was also knowledgeable of the rebates and tax incentives available. The installation team was considerate and cautious of property. They quickly installed, cleaned, and left with minimal disruption. They were able to reach areas that I wasn't sure was even possible. When they left I asked if I could pay with a credit card as had been previously discussed during the quote. They left the invoice so I could call the office with creditcard info. The office explained how the rebates worked.

The salesman<Lance, was on time and gave the time when the installation would take place which happened. I recommended to my neighbor to have the insulation done too, which he did.

Once we were scheduled the installers showed up on time and their work was professional and complete. Had a lack of communication during the scheduling process, but otherwise all turned out well and we were satisfied.

They were right on time. They seemed to know what they were doing. The only negitive thing was they couldn't speak english very well. So I had a hard time talking to them and that made it difficult to ask questions about the process.
