The techs are OK, but their salesman, Doug Spencer, in Utah (West Valley) ghosted us for 6 weeks before we gave up and went with someone else. Their loyalty department in California gave me the runaround and lies every time I called and asked them to help me reach a different salesman or a manager to help us since we couldn't reach Doug. They said they kept trying but no one would respond. When I (by myself without their help) finally found a manager and a tech, they said no one had reached out to them. (And after telling Jack Kelly, the local Utah manager about Doug Spencer ghosting us, and about the lies and mistreatment by the loyalty department, he ghosted me too after telling me to reach out to the loyalty department and they could help me. Seriously?) The Loyalty Department offered me compensation for the 6 weeks of lies and headaches and not having a working system, but then denied the offer was made. Scammers and liars! Go somewhere else!

True professionals at a very fair price.

Their system cannot be hacked like the RING system Can.

Aaron, in particular, went out of his way to be patient with me, to understand what I needed in the way of home security, and to make sure that I got that home security installed in a professional manner. Perry, in particular, was clearly extremely well trained and proficient in his job. He immediately knew what to do. I appreciate that he patiently listened to and answered any questions that I had., was respectful, courteous and polite. Thank you!
