Charged me the full price of a job they did not do a all.

From the Owner to the installers we had a very good experience. The Installers (Ivan and one other) were very courteous, respectful, and professional. They cleaned up and took all old material away. Great prices, I can't say enough positive things about SL Contractors.

SL contractors completed power washing the concrete patios and driveway at our house and did an excellent job!

I hired Alex to finish up an exterior painting job that had been left undone and messy by a previous contractor, and his crew did an excellent job of completing and cleaning up! They were professional and courteous at all times and I would definitely hire them again!

Well where do I start? I had Alex and his crews at my house for up to two weeks. These guys did multiple jobs of all kinds. I took my inspectors report and Alex's group basically repaired the list and then some. Let me begin, we had purchased a home that needed many many items repaired or updated, as per the inspectors report. These repairs included, laying out side tile around the swimming pool. This repair was beautifully done and they matched the tile exactly. A major leak in the shower floor was repaired involving breaking into the foundation to reattach the plumbing to the existing sewer line. This was the most major job and included setting new tile in the shower walls and floor. Great job on this. New toilets were placed in all the bathrooms. The outside walls around the swimming pool were in need of power washing. This was done well. A vent-a-hood in the kitchen was raised. This was an extensive job and very neatly done. Three rooms were painted beautifully. Faucets were replaced in the laundry room. Caulking was placed around the windows outside. Mortar was placed in certain areas of the brick. The foundation was showing the rebar in some places. This was remortared. The trees were trimmed as directed. There was electrical work done in the raising of the vent-a-hood involving the installation of electrical wiring and switches. Sheet rock work was done on the ceiling and walls. These were painted with matching colors. Great job on the match. I will always go back to Alex as I got more work done for my money than the other contractors I have used in the area. Using Alex for major or minor projects will not be a mistake. His folks are friendly, and respectful.

My new shower is absolutely beautiful. These guys are very careful & respectful. They found plumbing problems that would have cost me lots of money down the line & were able to fix them along with installing the new shower. They made sure everything is done the right way, and with our approval.

Alex did a Sid ng repair job in multiple places along the outside of house and garage. his guys showed up on time, were quiet and respectful, and completed the job with professionalism. the craftsmanship was superb and they left absolutely no mess. youd never even know they were there. The price was competative and was a good value for the quality of work performed. we will be hiring Alex and his crew again as we have many more projects to go.
