SLIC Services

Took one window insect screen to redo offsite, redid one large screen for sliding glass door onsite, washed upstairs windows, adjusted another door screen position on track. Very prompt, good communication and service.

Carl and I had a meeting of the minds about my screen. I wanted to replace it, not rescreen it. I was happy that he wanted two rainbarrels that I needed to remove from my yard. He was polite, on-time and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I will definitely call him again.

I hired this company to clean my windows. Two guys came out and did an amazing job, for a reasonable price. My windows needed a little extra TLC and they delivered. I will definitely be hiring them again!

I’ve used SLIC Services twice now for window cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The owner Carl and his helper, Christian, did a fantastic job cleaning both the inside and outside of my windows and all the screens at my rental condo that was for sale. The windows looked spotless, and even when they accidentally punctured one screen, they immediately fixed it. I was so impressed that I referred them to my real estate agent, who hired them for his Carmel Valley listing and was equally pleased. They most recently cleaned my own condo, and they exceeded expectations again. Carl and Christian were incredibly respectful of my home (they even took off their shoes inside) and worked hard through a weekend heat wave without complaint. Their combination of professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stands out. They’re my window guys from now on, and I’ll be recommending SLIC Services to all my friends and family!

Carl was so responsive and professional. They did excellent work and my place feels so much lighter and brighter!

Outstanding service on time service. Windows are nice and clean again. Thank you for your service! Semper Fi

This was my first time using them and they did an excellent job. Windows inside and out screens and tracks are are sparkling

He did a great job. He was here early and did the inside and outside of my windows and clean the screens. I have no available water in this condo, but it didn’t matter. Windows look great I can see again I will hire him next time.

SLIC did a great job cleaning my roof, solar panels and windows. They came as promised, kept me informed about the process and sent pictures of the work done. I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

They did a great job

They sent a very poor agreed upon report for an insurance company..

Carl was great and he an awesome job for a fair price!

We needed our roof cleaned as we got a surprise letter from our insurance company telling us that they are going to cancel our home and earthquake insurance policy due to minor stains on our roof based on their AI photos. I got a call from Carl as soon as I submitted my search for roof cleaning company and he was able to provide a quote right away over the phone and came over couple days later in person with one of his workers to check out my roof and the quote was still the same. His quote was the second lowest of all the companies I spoke to. I choose to go with SLC Windows & Solar Cleaning over other companies because the promptness, personable, and price. Carl and two of his workers finished power wash our roof within few hours. We also got before and after photos and videos to submit to our insurance company for reconsideration of keeping our home and earthquake insurance. We heard back from our insurance company and they told us that they are going to renew our policy. Thanks to Carl, Brian, and Christian for their great work. I highly recommend SLC Windows & Solar Cleaning.

Carl and his crew arrived right on time and went straight to work. They cleaned all of our windows and screens, our blinds were cleaned in place, and the solar panels were washed with deionized water and a soft brush. They did an outstanding job on every task. We will not hesitate to contact them next year when our windows and solar panels need cleaning again.

I was thrilled with all of the effort that Carl put into getting my windows sparkly clean! I would highly recommend SLIC for any of those difficult to reach windows! You will be pleasantly surprised!

OK

Carl from SLIC came even earlier than his scheduled time and did an outstanding job of washing the outside and the inside of my living room windows. He spent around 2 hours to complete the job and my windows have seriously NEVER looked better!!! I would highly recommend SLIC to all of my friends and neighbors. Since they also clean solar panels, I will definitely call them when it comes time to clean our solar panels. I found SLIC to be reliable and efficient for a very reasonable price. Call them. You won't be disappointed!

Work is fast, professional and a great value cost wise. I only have them do exterior and screens because I have shutters on all my windows.

Carl was courteous, professional, and on time. He did exactly what he said he would do, exactly when he said he would do it. His bid was very reasonable, his work was great and I will gladly retain his services again.

Prompt, professional, and friendly!
