SL Painting, LLC

The WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES NOT SHOW UP to the work. Too quick to take your job but will leave your house in a mess and do a poor quality job. you will regret hiring George. Took our project 3 months ago and hasn?t showed up after starting always had plenty of excuses. Big Mistake hiring him. STAY AWAY!

I hired this contractor to paint a house for me. He had one of his coworkers do the job which was extremely slow. Which was fine with me, the quality is OK as well. Overall he did a decent job. The biggest problem is the owner completely stopped communicating with me. Refused to take my phone calls. I was never able to understand what the problem was. And he never finished the project. I asked him to call me on numerous occasions multiple times a day yet he refuses to pick up the phone and speak with me. He promised to finish the job over text message but on every date he promised, he had an excuse for not doing it. Which is completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I would have loved to work with him but unfortunately, he refuses to speak with me when he has a problem of any kind. To this day I do not know why he refuses my phone calls. Just outright refuses to pick up my phone calls. I do not know why. I paid him for the work he did on time. I would never hire him again for this one simple reason.

The job included painting the hallway, entryway, and main kitchen/ dining room that had a 14 ft. vaulted ceiling in a single color. It turned out AMAZING!!! George communicated well and was very clear about expectations, his bid is also extremely competitive. The one hiccup was that there was only 1 person painting, which meant that he worked until 6:30 PM the 1st day and 8:30 PM the 2nd day. Because it was so late, I decided that I would vacuum & dust and not have the painter stay even later to clean up.

I had George paint a 16ft living room and scrape the popcorn from the ceilings. I learned after the fact that this was the first 16 ft job he had worked on. The ceiling is not as smooth as I expected it to be. But it was hard to do just from a ladder. He should have used some scaffolding to do a good job on the ceiling. However George did an awesome job on the dining room and kitchen areas.

George did great work, and I really appreciated how well he communicated. He worked quickly, but with high quality. I have already referred him to someone!

great fast

George communicated well and was able to get my painting done quickly. One of the rooms was somewhat challenging but he went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I will use George again in the future!

George showed up when he said he would, did a great job, and finished the work quickly. he did a good clean up as well.

great job, quick, would hire him again. John V.

On time, worked quickly and efficiently, would definitely work with George again! Ours was a challenging project (very high walls to ceiling), but he was able to navigate it wonderfully.

I had a great experience working with SL Painting LLC. They were very professional and did great work in my home. I will definitely be using them for future painting projects.

We were fortunate enough to work with George. He came out the same day when contacted to look at the project and was able to come back just days later and complete the project in a timely manner. We were very happy with his work.

Very polite young man and an incredibly hard worker. He power washed three sides of our house and the siding looks brand new.

He was great, awesome and all around he was very good.

George, the owner does not live up to his words. He told me to call if I needed anything after the project was done and I handed his check. After a few days, I noticed some trims and cabinets weren't finished, I called several times and no answers. I left a few messages and they were never returned. He sure didn't live up to his words by promising that he took care of his customers even after the job was done and the integrity he vowed. Well, the job at my place wasn't even complete and the paint from my trims came off with just a few wipes within weeks! How incredibly ridiculous!! There was just absolutely no professionalism or management factor with this contractor. It was like hiring someone from the streets! For the amount of money I hired him for, I sure got some crappy paint. If a contractor is making promises he can't keep or calling you because he forgot the paint colors, that tells you alot. Good luck dealing with this so called garbage "contractor"

He was prompt to respond, very clean, and painted perfectly.

George was so kind and did an amazing job!!! I love to paint, but I am so short on time and I am overly picky about a paint job and there wasn’t much I could find that needed to be fixed!!! Can’t wait to have him come back and do more!

Very professional, protected all surfaces, while painting my ceiling. Very satisfied with job done.

Contractor lost one of my kitchen cabinet doors, and did not return any of my calls.

good price; easy to work with

The were wonderful! They had very fair pricing. The were very friendly and professional, did a wonderful job. I would have them back again if needed. I would highly recommend.
