My husband and I were very happy with the work S&L remodeling llc did for us. I called them for a quote in July. I told them we weren't ready just yet we needed a beam completed first. I'd get back to them when we were ready. I emailed Lindsay to tell them we were ready the beginning of September. She got back to me right away told me they could come in 2 weeks. We were happy we could get it done fast. We had a brand new roof done in 2 days! The crew was great. Steven and Lindsey are very nice to deal with. We definitely would recommend them to anyone. My yard has no trace I got a new roof, they insured me it would be completely cleaned up like they were never there. Our roof looks awesome!

Do not use this company!! I paid S&L for a new roof but it continues to leak and damage my home. Steve initially refused to return to address errors unless I paid him more money. He was angry and unprofessional, I think to try to scare to into not complaining. Finally, S&L tried twice to fix roof and could not since so many errors were made at installation. A roof inspector with my insurance company noted heavy mechanical damage due to improper installation. Numerous issues include missing ice and water shield, improper flashing causing leaks, improperly installed vents, shingle tears, overlapping shingle, improperly sealed shingles,exposed nails, etc. it looks worse as time goes on. They also damaged my siding, lighting system, and flowers. A worker had an injury and they had no first aid kit and got blood all over my yard and belongings. My roof cannot be repaired and I need another new roof from a company who knows how to install them and values quality work. S&L refuses to refund me though they have breached their contract and gave me a roof that does not work and is worse than the 20+ year old roof they were replacing.

S&L was prompt and on time, not necessarily true of other contractors we have dealt with. They completed the job on time, and the result was well done

Contracted to replace my gutters and downspouts. Work was done thoroughly, promptly and at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

This was a major project and it turned out great. This was the first time I used them, and I would definitely use them again. If you have a roofing project--USE S&L REMODELING!!!! You won't be sorry! In additon to working on the slate roof, they did two 060 Genflex rubber roofs and box gutter installs, replaced a garage roof and a porch roof, installed new downspouts and downspout extensions, and cleaned existing downspouts, and most importantly, did so at a reasonable proce. Good job!
