SMART Environmental Services our Kansas City metro area residential and commercial customers for their asbestos and lead abatement, asbestos and lead testing, mold remediation, mold testing, selective demolition, silica cleaning, water mitigation and meth and fentanyl remediation needs. Our company adheres to the CDC, OSHA, EPA, FDA, NESHAP, AHERA, HUD, KDHE, and IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) standards and regulations. Our company is licensed, bonded, and insured. SMART Environmental Services holds a highly trained asbestos and remediation team in the KC metro area. We provide free inspections and estimates and employ no pressure sales tactics. Our distinction is the quality of service and care we bring to our customers. This company is legit! After both of my parents dying of an interstitial lung disease, their pulmonologist recommended I have their home tested for mold and other toxins. That was done by a separate company. After the testing results came back from the lab, it was confirmed that there was mold present that needed to be dealt with. That is where Smart restoration comes in! First, there is Marie...I can not say enough good things about her. She is friendly and professional all while making our conversation feel very personable. She keeps that place up and running! Then there is Pony. Genuine and good at explaining things to us. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field and will steer you into the right direction. Again, very personable. My husband and I felt like had known him for years. The guy is smart. Like really smart and he is got charisma on top of that. This company is extremely flexible and communication is one of their best qualities. Everyone involved constantly kept in touch with me whether it be phone, text or email. I can get a hold of these people better than my own family members! Morning, noon and even late night, I always got a response. The crew smart restoration sent out was outstanding. About 4 guys came out. They explained the process of removing the mold and what to expect afterwards. They were careful to not leave a mess or let my pets out. Job was done quickly. Payment was simple too. I would 100% recommend this company for your mold remediation needs!

We had a water leak and air quality/mold issues in our basement. Smart Restoration owner was prompt with initial visit and assessment of the sitatuion. The staff in the office, and team in the field were knowledegable and quick to answer any questions or concerns. They were all very personable, respectful and easy to talk to. The team provided very good customer service. For example, I wanted to salvage my ball card collection. One of the team members took the time to go thru all the boxes, sort them, and place neatly plastic bags. The extra effort to take care of our items was greatly appreciated.

I really needed to resolve an issue I created by bringing mold contaminate items into my grarge. Smart Restoration was there on short notice to professionally take care of my issue. Asbestos Testing
I had mold and it was above my cleaning grade. The owner was sent to come and evaluate and give an estimate. He was very honest and professional. Awesome personality he also had a second guy with him. He explained the issue and what it would take to resolve it. He also recommended mold and asbestos testing. I had the home tested so he was able to be better ready to get things clean and resolved. It is a serious problem to have. I'm grateful and appreciate the services provided in the home. He has home care recommendations for us to know how to maintain the services he provided. I can't express the professionalism and care this company has provided.

From the first phone call to the last email, this companyâ s customer service is amazing. The crews were here for 3 days and did a top to bottom residential job. The end of the 3rd day, one of the owners came out to do a walk thru. My husband and I found some things that were missed, and they sent a crew out the next day... they did what was asked. The job that was done was outstanding. If you need a post remodel cleaning done, Smart Restoration is the company to call. You will not be disappointed.

The team was thorough and thoughtful throughout our remediation process. We were able to discuss options along the way to make sure the end results met our needs. We also had pressure washing of our siding, which was also handled really well, with extra effort in a couple of areas that we requested. Cam's leadership on our project was excellent.

We used Smart Restoration for a post construction clean-up on a home remodel and the end result was amazing! Their new air washing process is 1000% times better than general cleaning services weve used on other projects. In the past we were frustrated with the never-ending dust that would settle days and weeks after a general clean. With Smart Restoration their air washing process removes all the dust from the air... then they wipe down the surfaces. Its been two weeks now and weve had no dust on surfaces. And to make things even better... they also have true old-school customer service. Every person working on the house was polite and personable. They looked me in the eyes when talking and they could all answer questions or explain the process. They all went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.
