SMART Environmental Services our Kansas City metro area residential and commercial customers for their asbestos and lead abatement, asbestos and lead testing, mold remediation, mold testing, selective demolition, silica cleaning, water mitigation and meth and fentanyl remediation needs. Our company adheres to the CDC, OSHA, EPA, FDA, NESHAP, AHERA, HUD, KDHE, and IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) standards and regulations. Our company is licensed, bonded, and insured. SMART Environmental Services holds a highly trained asbestos and remediation team in the KC metro area. We provide free inspections and estimates and employ no pressure sales tactics. Our distinction is the quality of service and care we bring to our customers. Pony was very straightforward about the mold issue and how to resolve. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Cost was very fair. Everyone from this company was professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

I am so glad I found Smart Restoration!!! I have never worked with a company that was as professional and thorough as they were and are. The mold remediation project completed was timely, the pricing was fair, and the communication from everyone at their company was simply amazing! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! We had some mold buildup in our basement & didn't quite know the extent of it. Pony & his crew not only made the process easier than anticipated, but brought us piece of mind. They explained their process & answered all our questions from the get go. I just canâ t recommend SMART Restoration enough! What a WONDERFUL job the two representatives did today on our garage and basement cleaning. My family couldn't have hired a better company to take care of our mold problem. THEY WENT ABOVE AN BEYOND, any expectation we had. Pony an Marie both kept me updated through the whole process. There team that removed the mold an did our demolition were so polite an patient with us having to load up kids an dogs when we had to leave for a few hours. They cleaned up an removed everything in a timely manner. Always on time. The final results were amazing an we couldn't have asked them to do a better job!! Smart Restoration removed the mold from my crawlspace. The team who did the work was professional and punctual. They kept me informed of where they were in the process, let me know when they were leaving for a break and even alerted me to a couple of issues in my crawl space. This company provided me with the service I needed and did not try to sell me other services or products. One of the best companies I've worked with.

Thankfully I didnâ t try to do post-construction cleanup by myself...or I would still be there 2 weeks later. SMART Restoration delivered beyond expectations! Money very well spent for our basement post-construction clean-up. They cleaned from top to bottom. After the vacuuming, blowing and air scrubbing, they wiped down every item. We feel that we got more than we paid for.

We were very pleased with this company. They promptly came to our home to evaluate the problem and provide an estimate. The crew who came to remove the mold arrived promptly and thoroughly explained each procedure they were performing. They were polite and respectful. They hauled away all of the contaminated debris.
