SMART Environmental Services our Kansas City metro area residential and commercial customers for their asbestos and lead abatement, asbestos and lead testing, mold remediation, mold testing, selective demolition, silica cleaning, water mitigation and meth and fentanyl remediation needs. Our company adheres to the CDC, OSHA, EPA, FDA, NESHAP, AHERA, HUD, KDHE, and IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) standards and regulations. Our company is licensed, bonded, and insured. SMART Environmental Services holds a highly trained asbestos and remediation team in the KC metro area. We provide free inspections and estimates and employ no pressure sales tactics. Our distinction is the quality of service and care we bring to our customers. Pony was quick to schedule the bid for the job and return a quote. Cameron was AWESOME when he showed up to remove the materials. Would highly recommend Smart Restoration to anyone looking for material removal.

This company is a very thorough company. The COO of the company came to my house and did the inspection and gave me an estimate based on the size of the room to be remediate. They had a cancellation and were able to get my project completed sooner than anticipated. Cameron and Maddie did the work and they were very polite and hard working. I would highly recommend this company if you need any restoration work done.

Pony and his team cleared out the aspergillosis mold in my basement in the most efficient way! They operated as a unit, followed through with everything they said they would do, provided expert experience and achieved great air quality once again. It is taking a long time to complete the service. However, with the extreme heat conditions, they have been limited to how long they can work per day. At this time it looks like it will be completed in about 3 weeks. They are very thorough which is what you want for a job like this. Testing for mold is done before and after the job to ensure the mold has actually been removed and so safe.

My house suffered from water damage and mold was growing. Believe me when i say this that i call many people and they gave me scary news with big estimates. I called smart restoration. Marie was awesome and she was able to get Ponny at my house the same day. Ponny was super professional and he walked us through step by step about the damages. He was very open and he even ask us to call other if we think the solution which he was offering can be beat. I stopped my search and today i am very happy to say that i made good decision. We were under contract to sell our home when a problem with microbial growth was found in our attic. Of course we were nervous about the situation and needed to have it removed as soon as possible. After making a few calls and not having anyone respond we contacted Home Advisor and were so glad we did. Within a few minutes we were directed to Smart Restoration and within the hour Cole Fross was at our home after making the 45 minute drive. Cole is extremely knowledgeable and we knew we could trust his judgement. We were given an estimate a couple hours later and the job was scheduled to be completed 2 days later. Cole came back today arriving a few minutes before the two young men that were doing the job. Not many project managers would do that! The young men were kind, respectful, and informative of what they did to fix the problem. We are so grateful to have this taken care of as quickly as they did. We would also like thank Marie in the office for her kindness. Thank you all for making this situation not nearly as bad as we thought it would be!
