They were punctual and kept to the agreed timeline. Mario did an outstanding job on the agreed work. He even did extra. He was detailed and through. David checked on the progress daily and kept in constant communication,he was very flexible to the job needs. I would use them again.

Robert and Dan were both great but Dan has more knowledge on electrical. Both cleaned up the mess when done. The owner David made sure that I was happy when the jobs were done.

David stayed engaged with me throughout the entire project. We hired Get My Handyman to complete several projects inside and outside. Although the first subcontractor that Dave sent wasn't able to complete the work, David quickly sent a replacement subcontractor to finish the job. David called or texted daily for three weeks to check on the progress. The small jobs (install a ceiling fan and a new toilet) were done quickly and done well. The more complex jobs (replace tile in shower and install a new door) went over the estimated time and required some rework. David paid for the rework and stayed in touch with me. He never quit until I was satisfied.

poor communication between actual worker and the owner of the business as to what was supposed to be done. A three hour job took 6 hours.

The handyman they sent did the job well. Steve was quick and knew what he was doing. David would do well taking a customer service class. If I hadn't been in a pinch I would have gone to the next contractor on the list. beware the mandatory 2 hour labor charge. I had to pay for 2 hours, job took 20 minutes. Definitely will look elsewhere next time.

"Richard, I don't think you've being fair on our rating, If you say, he knew what he was doing and you said the job was done well in your note. Then why your saying we deserve only 2 star. that really judging us fair rating, if we did the job well done and knew what we're doing? you are just mad and judging us because we did the job well and fast in less then 2 hours and we informed you that our service is a 2 hours minimum for us to come over your home. If you had more jobs for us with in the 2 hours, we we're done it too with in the 2 hour labor. So to our customers please judge us by our quality of our work not by dis judge us by how fast we did and did it well. Thank your for business. Get my handy man."

Sorry about the inconvenience not bringing his tools with him, it was accidental.
