Great service.

My mistake was that I trusted him. When he said the job was done I paid him in full instead of holding some money back. Come to find out he did not fix an outlet he said he fixed. He cut the power to the transformer for the door bell. He actually cut the wires off the transformer. I called him. He said he would be back on Monday morning. He was a no show. I have called him four times it goes to voice mail. He does not call back. I do not live in this house, its up for sale. The new owners will have to prove out the rest of the job. If they have problems they will have to fix it themselves or hire it done, because SM is a no show.

Mike and his apprentice were very professional with everything, they had to dig a trench from the house to the pool 18 inches down and had the wiring in pvc also followed all grounding procedures around the pool. The inspector came out and passed inspection I highly recommend him and will be using him for more electrical needs.

Mike did a great job. Work was done in a timely manner at a very fair price. Would highly recommend him and his company.

Very friendly, and quick service.Highly recommended. Mike came did an estimate for to run a 60 amp subpanel to my shed from my house. He called juilie, for all underground locations of any thing buried ,before he trenchh 46 ft, down 24 inches. He dealt well with pulling of permit, and dealing with inspector. Pass inspection first time around And the inspector Dave even was saying good work and and seen other jobs and that he does good work. Will be using him on my next project 100%.

Initial meeting with Mike went well, very friendly. Discussed the job of connecting spa with 50 amp breaker and install 2 tandem breakers at the main panel. Install spa disconnect outdoors to the spa. Paid half upfront for materials. 7/27/19: Job started with him and his apprentice, I handed him the manufacturer's wiring diagram . Left him to work and all seemed well as spa was running. Family even used it the following day. 8/26/2019: Through a separate leaking issue we had to have our tub replaced, and this is when we discovered the improper wiring issues. When the spa installers delivering the new tub were disconnecting the original tub that Mike connected, discovered that the wiring used was incorrect and refused to connect the replacement tub with the existing wiring. I began making videos with the installers explaining to me the issues. He used 6 amp/2 (black/white) indoor rated wire outdoors and used the white neutral wire as the second hot and used the ground wires as the neutral. The tub was never grounded. The ground fault interrupt at sub panel would have been useless as the tub was not grounded, even back to the main panel. Manufacturer states to use either 6 amp/3 (black/red/white) or 8 amp/3 wire with a ground. Contacted Mike the same day and sent videos to him from my conversation with the installers concerning the wiring issues. He gave very defensive answers to the video that the installers don't know what they are talking about, they are trying to throw him under the bus, and that the neutral and ground were bonded back to the main panel. I asked him to still come out and he said he would come and reconnect. He didn't show at the times that we agreed on, and when I called to discuss he gave different excuses such as his phone was lost or he had an emergency call, just any reason not to come and correct the issue. I even provided him with the spa dealer's number as I continued to question the wiring, that it was not correct and would put my warranty in jeopardy not to mention my family's safety. I gave him the dealer's number and the name of the service manager. He said he called and was left on hold for 15 minutes and left a voice mail. I called the dealer just after speaking with Mike and was able to reach the service manager within 5 minutes and there was no record of him calling and leaving a voicemail. I spoke with the service manager and explained the situation and he also said that the wiring was done improperly and that there are diagrams on the tub and available on the manufacturer's website. I then decided that I was not going to get a satisfactory resolution from Mike and asked him not to bother to return. 8/31/19: I took steps to purchase the correct wiring (8/3) and other materials to correct the issue, as work began several other things were discovered: 1. The wire was not in conduit, it was buried about 8 inches deep and the only conduit was a small tube at the sub panel to give the illusion of conduit was used. It was not underground rated and not buried at the minimum 18 inches per code! Again, over time that type of wire could have degraded leaving the wiring exposed!! DANGEROUS!! 2. At the main panel, the hot (black and the white neutral being used as hot) wires to the 50 amp breaker for the hot tub were not securely tightened, could possibly cause an arc flash and a fire!! 3. The ground wire used at the neutral bus at the main panel. No ground wire!!! 4. One of the tandem breakers installed was double tapped! Had 2 hot wires going to a single terminal! We were very lucky that our first tub had a failure or else we would have never known of these numerous problems that could have potentially been very dangerous. I have all videos and pictures of the work he did. Just because the wiring makes something work does not mean that it was done correctly or safely!

Mike was working on an old house for us he upgraded the light from an old pull string light fixture fixed the electric outlet a fixture and instaled a light switch

We had electric ran for a ceiling light/fan fixture installation along with three switches added/updated and electrical updated for remount of light/fan fixture in drop ceiling. Sounds simple but our 1940s cape cod style house threw some curveballs. Mike handled everything professionally and did high quality work. Will definitely hire him again, if needed.
