DO NOT hire this company!!! This company completely screwed me. They disappeared over 2 months ago with my money and the job not completed. Now none of their phone numbers work. DO NOT HIRE!!!

We are extremely satisfied with SMH's work. We have subsequently engaged SMH for 2 additional projects (existing fence replacement & driveway expansion/extension); great value, top notch quality and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The only 2 areas for improvement I could suggest would be timeliness (allowing adequate time to complete the job[s] when estimating/bidding on same) and easier access (including the prompt return of callback phone messages left) to the project manager. Having said same, we have made...and will continue to make...SMH Construction our first choice home improvement contractor; thanks Salvador!

Cabinets - Reface
When they showed up for the initial job they seemed that they knew what they were doing but later they lost it. There were time that the crew did not show for work nor did they call, or they called late or showed up late in the afternoon to either say they were not coming or to work. The project took longer than a week and they were even given help by the male that lives in the house to sand down the old cabinets. There was a sheetrock project in which they closed the drain hose up in the wall behind the washer so that the washer was unable to drain, they had to come back to redo the work behind the washer. There is a portion of molding over the kitchen sink that is a different type and color of wood as the cabinets. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!
