I hired Shawn in February and gave him a 50% down payment of $1250 to paint my house and the start date was May 15th and it was changed 2 times after that and they have not done any work and will not respond to me,

We hired this company to paint our carriage house. They have been paid in full and have yet to finish the job. They previously painted the back of the house and finished. That job was satisfactory. I have tried to contact Shawn but no response. Very disappointed.

He was hired after a long wait he had Family problems, the day he was to show up NOTHING and he hasn't called to say why, it's been 3 weeks. So I am looking for someone else VERY Disappointing never had this problem with Home Advisor before. He is NOT reliable

Shawn and Robert are stand-up guys. Very honest and courteous. The quality of the work is good and price is low. The only area of improvement is managing their schedules, and I think they will get better at estimating their time with some more experience. I would recommend them! Vicky in the office is also great-very helpful and responsive!

Lawn Care - Maintain and Mow a Lawn
I had hired for the upcoming months as my house is for sale. So far He showed up 2 times out 4 weeks. I live an hour away from the residence and was unaware that the lawn maintenance was NOT being done. Detrimental to selling a house!!
