Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps Installation

They did an excellent job on a moss and weed covered patio. Power washed everything out, re-sanded with polymeric sand, sealcoated entire patio.

We had used SMP Landscape to mow our lawn and asked that they fertilize as well (I reviewed them earlier and gave them five stars for the mowing). A five star rating is not appropriate for this business. They mixed the chemicals incorrectly which resulted in our lawn being burned and destroyed. We had to replace the whole backyard mess ourselves because SMP only offered delays, excuses, misinformation, and eventually no follow through. Steve is full of excuses and non-performance when it comes to fixing an issue he caused. Very disappointed in this vendor!

Steve and his team are great! I've hired them for the second year in a row to maintain my lawn because they are reliable, highly professional, and they always go two steps above and beyond my expectations. Their work ethic, quality and attention to detail is impeccable and it always feels like they are taking care of their own lawn.

Project was completed as scheduled. Modifications to improve original specs were discussed and easily included. Steve was very professional throughout process and work completed was top notch. Arrived on time, left everything perfectly clean. Definitely would use SMP on future jobs.
