I really appreciate the level of service and the transparency, its hard to get reliable techs and contractors in Miami, shared exactly why the drum was banging, he got the replacement for the rollers and installed them. Very respectful and diligent. Would recommend to anyone who needs something checked out or even just getting a second opinion.

Needed service for leaking refrigerator freezer. Said he would be delayed and could come between 5&6pm. I said ok. Did something, left to get a part and would return in an hour. Never came back nor contacted me. I texted him to find out what happened, said I would be available the next afternoon and to contact me. No contact after two more texts and a phone call that could not get through--"cannot accept more calls". Contacted Angie to report this and got a great replacement---DADE APPLIANCES, INC WITH JOSE HERRERA

By far one of the best technicians i have ever hired! First was absolutely on time with the schedule. Second a very affordable price (checked a couple more before doing it) And last but not least he had the parts in stock so basically I just waited 45 min a everything was fixed! Thanks Simon! Hope everyone will be so responsible with their jobs as you do!
