I informed the representative that the job involved heavy wood parts. Yet she came alone. I told the person that the top beam should be turned first. She did not do that. Consequently, she landed up having to enlarge a bolt path.

She listens to what you want and does it exactly.

Sheryl is the very best! She has a long history of experience dating back to working with her father in her younger years. We, together installed a difficult kitchen fixture and I enjoyed learning from her. She aims to please. Most of all, she really loves what she does and will not be satisfied until job is done right.

The handyman was great but management was a disaster. They took my credit card information and all was well until they accidentally reversed the charge 5 days later and then called me in a panic telling me there was a problem with my credit card. I happened to be hosting a birthday party celebration with my three daughters at the time! In the ensuing few days; I had to call citi several times as the transactions happened over two billing cycles. Management immediately went to threats of civil suit in multiple, hysterical texts and even threatened to put a lien on my house for a $330 charge she, herself had reversed. Get some business experience before you open shop! And do not terrorize your customers. Worst experience ever!

Sheryl was very accommodating. She made a special trip to Lowe's or Home Depot to purchase the lock she thought I already had. She spent a good half hour figuring out and explaining to me how to program the digital lock. She also reviewed with me other potential handywoman tasks of the future.
