Scott is amazing. He diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. He got a feeling to do one more test. He looked at me and said "sorry but you'r going to need new stove." Called and canceled order for parts. I told him about my dishwasher and he gave me advice the other repair man neglected to give me. Charged me 55 dollars because we were Veterans or elderly. But I suspect it was because when I described what was wrong; I told him my dad had just passed away. For whatever reason for the discount, I'm extremely thankful for the kindness. I will use SMTS, LLC and Scott again and will be highly recommending them from now on.

Fast response to my call and quick response on the service call. A part had to be ordered and as soon as it came in, they set up a second call. The work was performed quickly and with skill. Very satisfied. The technician, Ted, was polite and quick to evaluate the problem. When the part came in he got it installed and the dishwasher working in a matter of a few minutes.
