S&M Trash Junkers

? 1 Star I would not recommend this company. I paid a $10 deposit through Apple Pay, confirmed my appointment, and even received a message the night before confirming pickup. Then the morning of the job, I was told they couldn?t complete the removal because the landfill was supposedly closed and asked to reschedule. Since I needed everything removed that day, I contacted Legacy Junk Removal, and they completed the job the same morning with no issues, no excuses, and no deposit required. What bothered me most was being charged a non-refundable deposit despite the service never being performed. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and choose a company with a more reliable and professional operation.

excellent service; everything we had was taken; they are a great team; collapsed items that were bulky in order to pack more items efficiently; very helpful as they kept us informed about traffic. Will call them back next time same service is required.
