This was a very professional group. They were on time and knowledgeable about the products of choice. Sammie was very thorough, he went over every detail and most of all was very honest- he did not try to find a way to make more money he looked at ways or alternatives I can use to save money. S&M Unlimited has been scheduled to complete work on my front driveway and side entrance driveway- the backyard entrance is spectacular!!!

Bait & Switch methods. The company is not clear with pricing and does not keep there promise. Be careful that the price does not change in the middle of the project. This company completed work on 07.15.22 and the owner stated he would come back and fix the issues with the concrete not being leveled properly and fix the issues with the pooling of the water since the concrete was poured. Each week I have reached out to the owner and he has always provided an excuse for why he has not come out and fix the items that need to be addressed. This company does not stand on the promise stated from the beginning. Please make sure to have a contract or signed agreement prior to working with this company.

Sammy's crew made a mistake that first day, but they were right there to correct it the next day. The concrete looks great, even though it started raining during the end of the job. I had to leave, but he told me he'd stay there until it was perfect. And he did!!

S & M showed up promptly, worked hard and diligently. They had mt driveway addition dug out on grade, formed up and poured within two days. They did an excellent job at a reasonable rate. I would hire them again on future projects. Sammie did the job I asked him to do, in a very timely manner. I was impressed!
