Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
RUN RUN RUN I hired this man on 7/21 and gave him a $750.00 deposit for materials. After multiple start date promises the last 08/04. He has not started the job and can not be reached. He spoke to me on 08/04 and said he was on his way. NO SHOW NO CALL as of today. Mulitple phone calls and text messages with excuse after excuse of why he was pushing dates back. I have been taken. looks like small claims court for me. all reviews on Home Advisor were good after doing more research I found on other web sites similar stories. Just google Craig Stiggs and you will see. I feel like a fool and I have lost 2 weeks of time. I have water coming in when it rains. Don't let the nice guy act fool you.

Craig was great to work with. He was flexible with scheduling the work. He explained how the door worked and how to adject the settings. He came back immediately to fix the lock After he left. Awesome guy and work!

The repairman that fixed my siding was courteous and professional. he was friendly and was very helpful. The work he performed looks great and leaves me feeling confident that it was fixed properly. I would recommend this guy to my family and friends as well as anyone else.

Metal Siding: Repair or Partially Replace
Very slow to respond to quote the job. Agreed to the quote for replacement of damaged siding with new. They showed up unannounced and when I returned to look at the completed job they re-used the damaged siding instead of replacing with new. They don't just go by the name of SNB Group but also as STIGGS Inc. I will be filing a complaint with BBB against both of these company names. Beware. I would NOT recommend them.

After a really bad experience with another painter that went on for far too long, Craig was wonderful. The job was done very quickly without compromising the quality at all. I would definitely hire him again for future projects.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects- For Business
Craig came to replace a tile floor in a bathroom in our office. He did a good job and was very professional. He also gave me prices on a few projects at our home. His prices are very fair and I will definitely use his services again very soon. Very nice guy!

Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Business card has a different company name. He said he would call or text me before starting work and he rang my bell after work was completed. I had some directions for him before he was to start the work and because he did the work before he even let me know he was at the house, I had to make arrangements with my other contractor. He said he would call/text both the day of the estimate and the day of the job and he never did. He did supply pictures of the completed work which was nice. Difficult to examine work as it's in a hard to get to location. His pricing was more than double what other contractors had quoted for the same work. Guess we'll see if it was worth it. Friendly guy, just didn't do what he said he would do with communications on getting the work done.

Very poor customer service, showed up late for estimate did not follow up to let us know when work would start did not complete work as promised and totally overpiced for scope of work definitely would not use again nor would recommend to others
