We used Jose and team for a very simple shower door install in a flip house. The shower doors were 76H x 42W. The team showed up late the first day with no tools and from that point I should have realized this was going to go poorly. I spent some time initially watching them worrying that they had no idea how to install shower doors and I was right. They did not level anything and it shows. Once they realized they did not have what they needed they had to come back the next day. In total, it took the 2 man crew 3 tries to Install the shower doors and it was still wrong. The doors remain not level and have a 1inch difference in height. The crew tried to fix it twice but failed. I contacted Jose the owner looking for some assistance and that also turned into no help. I went back and forth with Jose for close to two weeks to try and get my doors fixed. Each time he had to come by he either did not respond or it was an excuse. I was tired of being lied to and being given the run around. When Jose finally reached out he offered to give me back partial payment. I tried explaining that it has nothing to do with the money it is the fact that I asked for a job to be completed and he should have completed it properly. With the partial payment back it is not going to cover anywhere near the costs to fix how bad of a job they did and get a real professional in to fix the issues. Jose offered to come and fix it but the last thing I want is to have them mess it up more than it already is and cost me more money. The saying stands correct you get what you pay for. I flip homes year round and deal with all types of sub-contractors. There is a handful that I regret ever dealing with and this company falls into that bucket. I will never and you should never use this company for anything. If you do make sure you inspect every aspect of the work before you pay a dime. Otherwise, you will get screwed like the rest.

Our home is over 100yrs old, they fixed 2 broken window panes quickly at low cost. Very excited not to have to replace the windows!! I highly recommend!!!!

The work was simple, replacing a broken pane of glass. They were able to schedule the work within one day, because of the immediacy of the problem. They were prompt and professional. I would use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Very slow at getting the job done when they say they will. Never followed up with me when there were any delays and always pushed it back one week from the initial call of contact and would never show up. Hired in May, said it would take 2 weeks to get everything ordered and done, they did not show up until the second week of July. No way would I ever recommend this pro to anyone in my local area. He definitely apologized about his mistakes but at the end of the day, they are over-promising certain things and not delivering where it counts most. If you are indeed looking for a contractor try to look elsewhere before booking with this pro. SNJ is not as timely mannered as they may tell you verbal dates sooner.

No show first day - I believe due to Home Advisor not putting me on SNJ's schedule. But as soon as I spoke with them they set a date and performed quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

This was absolutely the worst contractor experience I have had. Do not hire these guys! Not only will I never try them out again, I no longer trust anything on Home Advisor. The only reason I tried to hire Jose was because he told me he could do the job right away, which turned out to be a complete lie. On a Friday, he told me he could do it Monday. I did not hear from him Monday. Reached out to him again and he said he got caught up in another job and said he could meet me at the site Tuesday between 3 and 4. I left work early to meet him. He showed up after 5:00. Walked around, took some measurements, removed some framing and then told me he had the wrong truck and that he would be back to complete the job before noon on Wednesday. I took off work again really needing to get this job done. I texted Jose Wednesday morning for an ETA so I could plan my day - expecting to get to my office in the afternoon. No response. I called him and left a message. No response. I texted him again for a time as he had promised *before noon* and still no response. It dawned on me that he did not want to do the job even though he did not say that. I texted him again and said he should have told me if he did not want the job so I could plan accordingly. He responded and said he was 4 minutes away - I told him I would head over to the site - he responded immediately: *hold on* and again *hold on*...I waited until after 2 and heard nothing back. Three days wasted and I needed to get this job done before the end of the April and it was now May 1! I texted him again that evening and told him I could not believe how unprofessional he had been and that the reviews on Home Advisor must be fake. He had the nerve to respond and say they *could do tomorrow!* Never heard anything again. I would advise strongly against using these guys and do not know how Home Advisor can endorse such unprofessional contractors. Unacceptable!

These are great guys. Hardworking and respected my home. Came prepared and cleaned up afterwards. I have recommended them to the mgmt office in my complex so others can hire them as well.

Total Disaster. I hired them to replace several window. Such poor carpentry skills they butchered by trim, they even nailed shut one of my windows and told me "you dont need to open this window".... they were SEVERAL hours late each day, and a one day project turned well over a week. Only deal with Jose, he finally fixed things - still doesn't look great, and he had to do a lot of ad hoc things to make his employees work at least half way presentable.

Very responsive with great work. Completed the job even before expected. Friendly and knowledgeable and saved us money, the job was even less than quoted for.

Jose and team were awesome. Highly recommend.

SNJ and Jose LUCERO, responded to my google question asking about replacing Anderson window outside glass. I texted Jose two photos and the dimensions of the window that needed it’s glass replaced and he gave me a price over the phone. The next day, he sent two polite competent fellows here to confirm and get a deposit and they came the following day with the gasketed double glass and installed, cleaning up the broken glass that had fallen in the loose stone below the window. I’d recommend them and put them in my contacts.

I had a problem with my shower door since it was an older unit they were able to restore it and looks great now we saved money using same glass and they managed to make it look like new great team very professional and clean will defently recomendó Jose and his crew
