We needed a new heating element in our Swimspa. I texted them, and Sylvester texted me right back with a time and date he would be here. He actually showed up early, was here for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. We tested the spa before he left and it's been purring away, heating up. We will have a great Christmas, sitting in our nice warm spa. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs work done on their spa.

Mr. King was awesome! He saved our weekend and money! We run a very busy hotel property here in North Charleston. Our pool had turned colors on us with the chemicals we were using. During the summer at a hotel your pool is in high demand. So having a pool out of order is No Bueno! They came out in a timely manner and had our pool up and running in less than 24 hours. Ms. Green was very pleasant and helpful with billing. Great service and Outstanding work! I'd not only use them again but I'd tell other properties about them also.

He came out to fix my hot tub and charged me $1700.00. It still did not work right. I called him back and he came back out 2-3 times and I was told the motor would need to be changed which would be an additional $500.00 which was fine to me. He showed up with the new motor but didn't fit and he told me he had to get some couplings. He left to get the coupling and he never came back, never contacted me and has returned none of my calls. I called and left a message to please call me if he could not fix it and I would get someone else but I still have not heard from him.

Was told I would recieve upgraded quality pumps but ended up with low end, over priced ecomomy pumps. Appeared to be more interested in just getting the job done rather then getting the job done well...requested written warrantee or guarantee none was provided. You do the math.

SNK pool service-Sylvester owner - placed hose on in pool and left. My neighbor discovered it day later. I am out of town so need this service. Back yard flooded. Gardener could not cut grass. Sly offered one more free service for me to compensate. HE DID NOT SHOW UP. Worthless company!!!!!! Am really angry!!!!!!!!!!

the technician ran the bill up by spending time taking apart the motor when it was working and then unclogging the jet, which was the problem in the first place. Now the stopper on the drain doesn't work and i have to hire a plumber to come in and fix that.

Great guy, knowledgeable, quick service, was honest about how much the repair would cost. I just wish it didn't cost so much for people to come out and look at a hot tub--it's the nature of the business, I suppose.
