Sarah come to my condo as my bathroom remodel was finishing up. She gave me a quote to clean my condo post-renovation. She was on time and the cleaning people were phenomenal. Fast, efficient and professional. They got rid of all of the contraction dust and dirt and did a deep cleaning on the rest of my unit. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

SNL is a small family business, so you don't have to go through layers of people to speak to a staff member. Sara is the owner, and Abel is a supervisor. The cleaning ladies speak Spanish, and Sara and Abel can translate for you

The service was so unprofessional. Despite confirming the cleaning, Sarah showed up over an hour late and was extremely rude. Upon booking, I explained that I moved out of a 900sqft apartment and it was completely empty. I asked her for a deep clean, including the kitchen cabinets (2 full top cabinets, 2 half top cabinets and 2 full bottom cabinets) and she quoted me $200 for everything. After showing up late she informed me it was going to be another $75 for the “large kitchen”. She lied about how many people were onsite as the cleaning ran over time yet again. I wanted to speak her to about this and I was texting her but she wouldn’t respond. She told me she stayed to clean the bathroom which was dirty. Mind you the room in maybe 8x5 and there was NOTHING in it. I requested a deep clean because I knew the floors needed to be scrubbed but my husband and I are clean people. She was so rude. When she left my apartment she SLAMMED the door. The girl who cleaned was very nice and did a nice job. I would not recommend giving Sarah your business.

Ms Sarah and her team came through after Sarah’s fair estimate,,, Her team followed her direction and hours later the results place was transformed! Leave your fears behind, team was respectful and conscious of my personal items

SNL did a magnificent job on the deep cleaning of the home and three story hallway. The employee team members were courteous,kind and considerate. They came into the home and professionally did their job with expertise and execution. They had a great working knowledge of everything required /needed, to leave the home looking it's absolute best. The good customer service was an added bonus. There are no words for how refreshing that was!

As I spoke with one of the members, Sarah, It was evident that the customers needs world importance. From a normal cleaning to biweekly cleaning to a post move out cleaning… SNL was very diligent in the initial deep clean. Regular clean And anytime if I needed to revise a schedule cleaning. Finally SNL and their team, did a phenomenal job post moving! SNL has he always been prompt and punctual, resourceful, responsible, and most important thorough. For anyone needing rapid response, fair price. And or emergency family visits? SNL will not disappoint, especially the fair market value of good labor…

SNL Cleaning Service came to my house 5 times. The first time the work was decent, after that I never knew if they were coming, or when they were coming, a different person was sent each time, and the cleaning got worse each time they were at my home. One time the girl had to come back as the carpets were poorly vacuumed, there were several items and tables not dusted, the wrong cleaning solution was used on a wood table-it's now ruined, etc. The last straw was when an employee broke an antique goblet and didn't admit it. When I reached out Sarah told me to find another and she's replace it. After months of searching all I could find that were similar (my piece was hand etched-so no 2 are the same) were sold in sets beginning at $400. I requested $100 credit, that Sarah agreed to send me, but never did. After 4 wks of waiting I reached out again, and she said she'd give me $50. Not only was that unreasonable, but I have still never received any money. The cleaning lady was dishonest to break the item and not admit it, and Sarah was dishonest to agree to pay for its replacement, but she never did. Do not use this service. The cleaning was not worth the money, they aren't careful with your items, and they don't step up when they do break things. Terrible!

Good communication throughout. They came out and performed the work but the original job left some white residue on the tile surfaces and the carpet still had a few stains. They immediately came out again and addressed the problems. I really appreciated how professional they were and what a great job they did the second time around. I would recommend them based on how well they interacted with me and the end product was great.

Sara and her team are dynamos! They quickly and efficiently get every nook and cranny of our house cleaner than it’s ever been before! Sara is always open to additional requests we may have to deep clean something (ie, our ovens, the bathroom exhaust fans, the fridge). My whole family looks forward to the mornings when Sara comes, with her cheery disposition. Even our dog loves her! We highly recommend Sara and her team!

Sarah and the ladies were amazing. They came in like 3 tornadoes intent on getting the job done. Will definitely hire them again. Highly recommended.
