I hired Steve Nations Roofing Company. The dumpster that was placed in my driveway was not properly secured and hit my car at the end of the driveway this was in July. The owner of the company stated he would get it fixed. I took my car to get an estimate it is $4300 he stated it cost too much has not responded to text or email. The roofing job is fine but I'm not satisfied with his customer service. I'm now going to have go through my insurance company. He asked me not to go through my insurance he would pay out of pocket and don't get a police report. To those of you out there always cover yourself. I have a police report. Because if I didn't I would be out of luck depending on Steve Nations honoring their word. Unsatisfied Customer!

"While we are sorry to hear about this unfortunate inconvenience, the dumpster company is a separate entity from SNR. We personally spoke with the dumpster company to ensure that they would handle this matter also forwarded this homeowner their contact information. (consumer name withheld per their request) was asked to provide 2 estimates for repairs and has since only provided one. We have used this dumpster company for years and they will 100% honor this repair. They just wanted the two quotes so they could decide whether it was worth it to file a claim or just pay out of pocket. There has always been someone in office to answer any concerns Mon-Fri from 8:30-5."

they scheduled for a Friday but called and said they were running over on another job would be there Monday, Called Friday evening and wanted to come Saturday, We could not do that so they ended up getting another company to come Monday and they did a wonderful job. They tried to get us in but the work before ran long and they at least got somebody else to do this job and it was done on time Monday and done very well
