The plummer did a good job but it seems to be pushing a lot of add-ons before fully repairing the sink. I just wanted to have my sink fixed not get pushed to with additional services if not needed.

Had to fix water heater and was reluctant to fix whole tank if not necessary. Jose tried to work with my budget and was professional with quick response time. They accommodate your schedule and arrive as stated as well as provide update throughout the job time. Very reassuring and takes time to explain all questions. Jose was superb and left the place all clean as well took time to go over everything that was asked. They’re very fair with their pricing.

Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. After the dig, the soil and grass was replaced and can hardly tell that any work was done. They also cleaned the dirt/mud on the concrete walk way. Thank you Miguel and team for the great work.

We were having sewer gases leak out of our toilet where it meets the ground. My wife called So-Cal 1 Plumbing and Rooter. Rodger came out. He put little shoe covers on before he would enter our house. What he found when he pulled the toilet was crazy. The guy that had originally set toilet had broken the ring. He was able to make a fix and got us up and running in a couple of hours. I will call Rodger again if I have plumbing issues. I highly recommend So-Cal 1 Plumbing & Rooter especially if you are in or around the Lakewood, Long Beach, Cerritos area. And ask for Rodger he will take care of you.

My house had plumbing problems. Frederico arrived at the time he said. He listen to my concerns. He inspected the pipes ,assessed the situation. He explained what needed to be done. He answered all my questions and concerns. Work was done within the time frame. His work crew were all professional and courteous. There were no hidden costs. I was pleased with the work and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

So-Cal 1 Plumbing and Rooter is amazing. The gas company shut the gas off to my home. So-Cal 1 Plumbing came out, found the leak, fixed it at a reasonable price and had my gas turned back on same day. Truly Unsung heroes!
