Fantastic work, no leaks after 8 months of rain, snow and wind. Great customer service-they returned every call and text I left promptly. They did the work quickly. From start to finish it was a 2 day job. Yes, a few nails got missed but every roofing company I researched had these sorts of complaints. It wasn't anything that I couldn't fix as I walked around my property.

Work done in Feb 2020. Removed two layers of old shingle roof, installed new shingles, flashing, drip edge, etc. all in one day. Also installed owner-provided solar powered roof vent and 2 Solatubes that work great. They missed a few screws on the corrugated plastic patio roof, and I found a couple dozen nails around the perimeter but other than that I'm very happy with the job, the quality, and the price.

I would recommend SODO construction with a 5-Star rating! The work and attention to detail is top notch and fast! Some of the other quote I got were $5,000 and $10,000 more and wanted to use a lesser quality shingle. They left the site nice and clean. I am proud to have the SODO sign in front of my house saying they did my roof!

After having multiple roofing companies come to my house to do estimates I decided to hire Sodo Construction to do the job. Sarah provided exceptional communication and responded very quickly to anything I needed to talk to her about concerning the project. She was also very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and knowledgeable about roofing. The crew was there on time and did an excellent job. They took the time to listen to what I had to say and were very professional. It was a good experience that went well and left me very happy. I plan on hiring them again and recommend them highly. I give 5 stars to this company for a job well done.

SODO Construction did an excellent job on my flat roof. Efficient and cleaned up after themselves. And most important, no leaks and cost effective.

They were easy to work with. Handled everything by text message and email. Sarah contacted my insurance adjuster directly. The final quote came in lower than the company I had been intent on working with for this job. That company gave me the runaround, so I found SODO on HomeAdvisor.com and gave them a chance based on the numerous great reviews I found. So glad I did.

I can t thank them enough. They were extremely professional. Worked for 3 days ....all day. Sun up to sundown. Cleaned up after each day. Roof is perfect. They stayed within budget and gave us a roof that will last a lifetime. Couldn t be more pleased. I wouldn t hesitate recommending them.

I would highly recommend this firm. They were professional in all aspects of the work. The roofers also found a soft spot on the roof, they asked if I would let them into the attic, which I did after they told me about the soft spot. One of the trusses was broken. The lead roofer said they could repair it the next day (as when they found the soft spot) it was around 5:00 p.m. when they discovered it. The truss was repaired, pictures were taken and a video as well. I submitted this to the insurance company. All in all they did an excellent job. I have already recommended them to friends.
