We just moved here and never realized how bad the mosquitoes were. We called around and found Solve Pest Pros. These guys are great and they know their stuff. We definitely notice a major difference in mosquitoes after they come out and fog. Kids are happy I’m happy :)

We were hearing noises in the walls at night and noticed something was getting into our pantry. Solve came right out and performed an inspection and service SAME DAY! Thanks Solve Pest Pros!

Adam was fantastic and man did he know what he was doing. We had a few wasp nests up under our 2nd story eves. He was able to knock those down and helped us get rid of some ants in the backyard. Thank you Solve Pest Pros!

UPDATE****************************************************** I have consistently paid my bill every month, yet I recently received an email threatening to send me to collections with added fees of $439 for a “past due balance.” This makes no sense since I have never missed a payment (pictured attached). When I tried to address this, they repeatedly called me during work hours, making it difficult to respond. I asked directly how I could possibly owe fees and requested the contact information for a supervisor. Instead of resolving the issue or providing a clear account statement, they immediately escalated to threats of collections. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and accurate billing. Threatening paying customers with collections instead of verifying records is not only poor customer service but feels predatory. If you’re considering this company, be aware that even timely payments may not protect you from aggressive and misleading practices. **************************************************************** ORIGINAL REVIEW: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this company. On June 20th, a technician named Joseph came to my house and claimed there was termite activity. At the time, I was away from home, so we tried to schedule a follow-up to review the report. They told me company policy required going over everything in person, which I was fine with, as I planned to get a second opinion as well. However, after texting for two days, we couldn't finalize a time to meet. Since then, I've been reaching out weekly and calling the office, but no one from the termite team has returned my calls or followed up. It's now July 9th, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. This lack of communication and urgency is extremely disheartening, especially given the severity of the issue. It leaves me questioning whether the termite activity was exaggerated or possibly fabricated, which makes me doubt their professionalism. I will be forced to end my contract due to their failure to fulfill their obligations. If there truly was termite activity, I would have expected immediate attention, but instead, I’m left with unanswered calls and no resolution. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

While the service provided was subpar, the contract terms are even more concerning. The agent arrived at my residence without mentioning the year-long contract. Consequently, even if the service is unsatisfactory, the customer is bound by the contract. I have not observed any further attempts to contact me after the initial visit, and I am uncertain if this practice has ceased. I strongly advise against recommending this company to anyone. It is advisable to avoid their services altogether.

I had a great experience with Solve Pest Pros and couldn’t be happier with the service. She arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what she was doing. She was also extremely patient with our dog that was outside during the visit, which I really appreciated. She made sure to let us know exactly when it would be safe to take the dog back outside again. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident everything was handled properly. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The new owner called me back last month to get my feedback which I appreciate and I did receive notification this month that my dispute was resolved for the cancellation charge to my credit card. Unfortunately, I will not return as a customer but I do appreciate the accountability and I wish him nothing but the best in the future. Do not trust this company to do what they promise. I never received the full service as promised by the sales guy who kept showing up at my home. He said to give them a year but if I was unhappy, I could cancel anytime. When I did have a problem recently, my call was returned three days later (after I took care of the problem myself) and I was only asked if I still wanted someone to come out. YES! I'm paying $60 a month. I was scheduled two days later and after taking off of work, no one bothered to show up. I went ahead and renewed my account with Capital Pest Services who show up and do what they say at a better price. I called Solve Pest Pros back and Cancelled and they made excuses for why they didn't show up and said it had been rescheduled for next day. How does that help me, when no one tells me. He said he couldn't cancel and would have someone call me back. The call was returned the next day by a female who continued to show no accountability, only excuses for why my call wasn't returned and why no one showed up. She even had the nerve to say that they did what they promised and only offered half price for the next month if I let someone show up the next day. I declined and then I was sent a bill for a promotional balance even though they didn't do a full service and I paid EVERY month. I emailed them and no response back. Today I see where they are trying to charge my card for $340. The AUDACITY of some people. I was content with moving on and no review was necessary, but people need to know who they're dealing with. I don't mind paying the money if you do the job you're promoting but if I have to do it, what do I need you for.
