Alexander was great in technical knowledge and effectiveness AND in courteous customer service. I was so impressed with his easy-going demeanor and professionalism in completing the small project today, I thought, "This has been so ease-filled and pleasant, I should ask him to check out this whole other -- much bigger -- electrical project I need done." So I did! And he was again clearly knowledgeable and skilled in conducting an assessment of the project, commenting that he'd just completed a similar project at his earlier assignment. While he was conducting the assessment, a key moment in the entire visit was when he jovially shared that this kind of project (the big, future one) is fun! Few things are as reassuring and inspiring as witnessing someone actively enjoy their work. That joy is contagious. After the assessment, he made some calls, and within 15 minutes I had an actual quote. It's a big project that will require financial creativity on my part, so I'm not sure when it will happen... But when I'm ready, I will be calling SonPower and asking for the project to be assigned to Alexander.

They provided an emergency callout where several new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide sensors were installed less than 24 hours after my first call. We now can be more confident for our home inspection! Very professional and knowledgeable.

He sent texts when he would arrive. Was really patient and knowledgeable! Cameron is the go to guy!
